At “Spyrou Skopelos Experience”, we focus entirely on our guests’ experience and our priority is always your well-being and safety. Now, more than ever, in light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we focus on the health and safety of all our guests and employees, without overlooking the quality of your contentment while staying with us.
Fortunately, this far, no Coronavirus case has been reported on Skopelos Island.
We are closely following the guidelines of the leading health experts, the World Health Organization and the Greek government. We have taken all precautionary measures, implementing the health protocols of the Hellenic Public Health Organization, both in terms of accommodation and food management.
In addition to all the measures we are willing to take for your health and safety, it is important that you understand and comply with the basic personal hygiene rules.
Cancellation policy for future reservations
During these challenging times, we want to reassure you that we are by your side. For this reason, we provide flexibility in your travel plans for all “Spyrou Skopelos Experience” hotels and lodgings. In response to changing market conditions, we apply the following cancelation policies:
- For new bookings (after 20th April 2020) with any future arrival date after 1 June 2020 (including bookings with advance payments and/or prepaid bookings and/or non-refundable bookings), we provide the possibility of full change or cancellation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
- Only for these new bookings, we have decided not to make use of the Hellenic Government Legislative Act published in the Government Gazette April 13th, Issue First, Sheet no. 84 and we will not use our right to issue a Credit Voucher.
Greece was one of the first countries to have taken strict precautionary measures. Thus, it has recorded some of the fewest cases of COVID-19 worldwide. The country has gained international acclaim as one of the most effective in tackling the virus outbreak.
Take advantage of the “Book now and Cancel Later“ policy. This way, you will be able to be among those who will ensure their summer holidays at reduced prices.
